All preparatory coordination with suppliers begins 1 month prior to the event

Communication with all suppliers during the week of the wedding
Creation or refinement of the wedding day schedule
Coordination of ceremony setup and guest seating
Supervision of vendor arrivals and venue preparation
Management of timing, transitions, and key moments
Point of contact for suppliers and guests throughout the day
Assistance with reception flow, including dinner and speeches
Support with unexpected needs or last-minute adjustments

- Prices are based on services provided within 100 km of Cagliari. For events taking place further away, transportation costs may apply.
- Prices are not subject to VAT in accordance with the German small business regulation (§ 19 UStG).
